Turnkey RO Membrane Production Line Setup
We design, supply, install and commission a complete spiral-wound RO element production line — built around your element sizes, output target and budget. One partner, from empty floor to first tested element.
From Empty Floor to a Producing Line
Building an RO element line means coordinating membrane materials, a dozen machines, factory layout, utilities and quality control. Source them separately and the integration risk — and downtime — falls on you.
With a WECOME turnkey line, that is our job. We match every machine to your element sizes and output, plan the layout, supply the materials, install and commission the line, and train your operators — so you reach reliable, test-passing production faster.

Everything the Line Needs
A complete scope — you bring the building and the demand, we bring the rest.
Needs Assessment
We start from your element sizes, target output and feed conditions to size the whole line correctly.
Line & Factory Layout
Workflow and floor-plan design that keeps material flow efficient and meets utility requirements.
Machine Supply
Rolling, cutting, slitting, welding, trimming, taping, testing and FRP machines — matched as a set.
Raw Materials
Membrane sheet, spacers, carriers, tubes, seals, glue and tape to start production day one.
Install & Commission
Setup, calibration and trial runs — on-site or guided remotely — until the line runs to spec.
Training & Support
Operator training, documentation and ongoing technical support to hold a high test pass rate.
Five Steps to a Running Line
A clear, engineer-led path from first enquiry to producing tested elements.
Consult
Share sizes, output target and site conditions.
Design & quote
Line layout, machine list and a clear quotation.
Manufacture & ship
We build, pack and ship the line worldwide.
Install & commission
Setup, calibration and trial production runs.
Train & support
Operator training and ongoing backup.
One Partner for the Whole Line
The advantage of sourcing the materials, machines and engineering from a single upstream specialist.
Single accountability
Materials, machines and setup from one source — no finger-pointing between suppliers.
Matched as a set
Every machine and material is specified to work together for your sizes — fewer surprises at commissioning.
Real production know-how
Layout and training come from people who understand element manufacturing, not just box-shifting.

Turnkey Line FAQ
What does a turnkey RO membrane production line include?
It covers the full scope: needs assessment, line and factory layout design, supply of all machines (rolling, cutting, slitting, welding, trimming, taping, testing and FRP), starter raw materials, installation and commissioning, and operator training with ongoing support — for element sizes from 1812 to 8040.
Can you set up a line for a specific element size?
Yes. We size the entire line around the element sizes you plan to produce — household sizes like 1812 and 2521, or industrial 4040 and 8040 — including the right tooling and changeover capability if you run mixed sizes.
Do you provide installation and operator training?
Yes. We handle installation and commissioning on-site or via guided remote support, run trial production until the line meets spec, and train your operators with full documentation so you reach a stable test pass rate.
Do you sell finished RO membrane elements?
No. WECOME supplies the materials, machines and turnkey services to manufacture RO elements — our customers are the factories that produce them. We do not sell finished spiral-wound elements.
