WECOME WEBSITE TERMS

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 3, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of wecomero.com (the “Website”), operated by WECOME (“WECOME,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this Website, submitting an inquiry, or requesting product information, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

Important: Website content is provided for general product and business information. Product selection, specifications, pricing, delivery terms, and warranties are confirmed only in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, sales contract, technical agreement, or other written document accepted by both parties.

1. About the Website

WECOME supplies reverse osmosis membrane materials, membrane components, membrane element production equipment, production lines, and related water treatment solutions. The Website is intended primarily for business customers, manufacturers, distributors, engineering companies, and other professional users.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Website only for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not:

  • interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of the Website;
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, or administrative areas;
  • upload malware, harmful code, misleading information, or unlawful content;
  • use automated extraction in a manner that places an unreasonable load on the Website; or
  • copy or reuse Website content in violation of intellectual property rights.

3. Product Information and Specifications

We aim to keep descriptions, technical parameters, photographs, drawings, and application information accurate. However, Website content may be updated without notice and may contain typographical, translation, photographic, or technical differences. Images may show optional configurations, samples, or customized products.

Dimensions, output, production efficiency, power consumption, material properties, tolerances, packaging data, and application results may vary according to product configuration, raw materials, operating conditions, testing methods, and customer requirements. Buyers must confirm the final specification, compatibility, and acceptance criteria in writing before placing an order.

4. Quotations and Orders

An inquiry submitted through the Website does not create a purchase contract. Unless expressly stated otherwise, quotations are subject to validity periods, technical confirmation, production capacity, payment terms, applicable taxes, freight, and trade terms. An order becomes binding only after written acceptance by WECOME and completion of any required deposit or other agreed condition.

In the event of a conflict, the signed sales contract, technical agreement, accepted quotation, or pro forma invoice takes priority over general Website content and these Terms.

5. Custom and OEM Products

Custom dimensions, colors, materials, tooling, branding, packaging, and equipment configurations may require drawings, samples, testing, minimum order quantities, or separate development charges. Customers are responsible for confirming that supplied drawings, trademarks, instructions, and other materials may lawfully be used. Changes requested after written confirmation may affect price, lead time, and performance.

6. Samples and Technical Evaluation

Samples, trial materials, suggested settings, and preliminary calculations are provided for evaluation under the customer’s own production and operating conditions. The customer is responsible for suitability testing, process validation, regulatory review, and final acceptance before commercial use or mass production.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its text, photographs, graphics, videos, downloads, page designs, product documentation, trademarks, and other content are owned by or licensed to WECOME. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal purchasing or evaluation purposes. No content may be reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Names and Links

References to third-party brands, standards, certifications, products, or websites are provided for identification or convenience and do not automatically imply endorsement, affiliation, or authorization. We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, or privacy practices of third-party websites.

9. Website Availability

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Website without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Website will always be free from errors, security threats, or harmful components. Users should apply appropriate security controls when accessing any website or downloading files.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. WECOME disclaims warranties relating solely to Website use, including implied warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

WECOME will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from reliance on Website content, interrupted access, third-party links, or electronic communications. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Product-specific liability, remedies, and warranty obligations are governed by the applicable written sales documents.

11. Privacy and Submitted Information

When you submit an inquiry, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. We may use the information to respond to your request, prepare quotations, provide technical support, prevent misuse, and manage our business relationship. For further information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Please do not submit confidential manufacturing data, trade secrets, payment card details, or other highly sensitive information through a general Website form unless an appropriate confidentiality and transmission method has been agreed.

12. Governing Terms and Disputes

Specific transactions are governed by the law and dispute-resolution provisions stated in the relevant contract or accepted sales document. Where no transaction-specific agreement exists, these Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory rights that apply under another jurisdiction.
