What services does WECOME offer to RO element manufacturers?
WECOME offers three core services: turnkey RO membrane production line setup (line design, equipment supply, installation and training); custom and OEM material supply (components made and supplied to your specification); and technical support and engineering (material/machine selection, QC and testing setup, troubleshooting and training). We support the manufacturers who produce RO elements — we do not sell finished elements ourselves.
Can WECOME set up a complete RO membrane production line?
Yes. Our turnkey service covers the full path — needs assessment, line and factory layout design, supply of rolling, cutting, welding, trimming, testing and FRP machines, installation, commissioning and operator training — for element sizes from 1812 to 8040.
Do you supply custom or OEM RO membrane components?
Yes. We manufacture and supply components to your specification — cut-to-size membrane and flow media, custom central tubes, brine seals and end caps, and private-label or bulk supply contracts for ongoing production.
Is technical support available after purchase?
Yes. We provide material and machine selection advice, QC and testing setup, troubleshooting, operator training and ongoing technical support, plus a free resource center with 40+ calculators, guides and data sheets.
